Like we said earlier, our Designer and Head Moderator Martha and Hayden are going to be competing in London Comic Con's costume contest!
For now Twilight is almost done, I just need to take her in, re-hem her and add a few more stars!
This is Rainbow Dash's progress so far! Still waiting to get ahold of my model so that I can measure the length and put a proper zip in, but all in good time I suppose!
I'm so excited I might actually make myself sick. Do you know how amazing this is, I'll get to sew! it's so spectacular that I can't even function right now.

Not many of you probably know this, but our your wonderful moderators, Martha (that's me) and Hayden are going to be London anime expo/comi con. We're going as Rainbow dash and Twilight Sparkle from the Grand Galloping Gala episode, so my dream of finally making a MLP costume is going to come true.
In other news! My beloved home industrial sewing machine is going to be returned to me this morning (I'm on UK time right now) and I also found steel boning.
That's right, steel hoop skirt boning. It's a blessed miracle and everyone should be crying with excitement.
Anyway, I'll post up pictures of all the progress that's made tomorrow when I get queenie home, and when i actually get started on the hoop skirt/Twil
