A few house keeping things,

AS many of you may not know, Martha's sewing machine is dead on arrival. That's right, this morning she received it in the mail this morning and even though it threw her an E2 message, it is...still dead.

SO what does this mean, we're looking into getting a new machine literally as soon as possible, so that might mean the end of this week, or the end of next. To those beautiful clients and friends who have commissions on deck we are begging you to be patient. If there isn't a replacement by the end of this week/a machine ordered by next, Martha is going to go to wal-mart and get a cheap machine so she can get your commissions out on schedule.

So with that said, EVERYONE Our head designer Martha got home safely from her stay in England and she's not a bona fide corset, maker, cobbler, and draper! So corsets are now being added to the list of available products you can have commissioned!

Let's see, we covered the dead machine crisis, Martha getting home.....OH YES! So we'll be updating the site with the many things Martha made while she was abroad, and commissions officially open December 27th, but understand there are still two people who paid for their costumes back in August so they will need to be sorted first. This means the queue will start at #3 instead of #1.

Phew, that was a ton of info! We'll be updating the site with more info on the machine as we get it.

All of our love,
Dear Dahlia Team

I'm glad that you made it home safely! As for the machine, that sucks! But hopefully you will be able to find one that's awesome AND affordable! As for commissioning, I've already send you an e-mail a few weeks ago and I'm patiently waiting for a reply on it when you have the time and are machine ready! :D Take care and happy holidays!
